The readers of Conde Nast Traveler have awarded Windstar Cruises the "Top Small-Ship Cruise Line" for 201.
Things are truly looking up for the line, which emerged from bankruptcy and quickly announced a refurbishment plan of it’s three motor-sailing yachts. Refurbishment begins in November.
